Well_ness operates daily from 8am to 7pm.

Sauna Etiquette

Before entering the sauna, we ask that you take a refreshing shower. For the comfort of all guests, please wear swimwear while inside the sauna. Towels and gowns are provided for your convenience.

Appointments

Guests must book treatments in advance to ensure their preferred time and service are available.

Please book at the front desk or through FARMHOUSE58 reservations desk.

The minimum age for treatments is 16 years. Guests under the age of 16 require parental consent.

Special Considerations

Many treatments can be adapted to accommodate pregnancy or injury. Please contact the facilitators with any queries and inform them of any medical or health concerns.

Treatment Preparation

Guests are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their session, allowing time to complete an holistic health assessment.

It is recommended that guests avoid heavy meals within 90 minutes of their treatment.

Smoking and the use of mobile phones are prohibited in and around W E L L_ness facilities.

Cancellation Policy

Although we will do our utmost to accommodate booking changes, guests are requested to give at least six hours' notice of cancellation so that someone else may enjoy that time. Cancellations made within six hours will be subject to the full charge. .

Refunds

Unopened retail products are exchangeable within seven days of purchase with presentation of original receipt. We regret no cash refunds.
